Job Description
Royal Tech Structures is seeking an experienced Structural Engineer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and code-compliant structural designs for high-rise, commercial, residential, and industrial projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and analyze structural systems for high-rise and complex buildings
- Perform detailed structural analysis using ETABS, STAAD, and related software
- Prepare structural drawings and coordination details using AutoCAD
- Develop RCC and steel structure designs as per Indian standards
- Coordinate with architectural and MEP teams for integrated design
- Review structural designs for constructability and cost optimization
- Support site teams with technical clarifications and execution guidance
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes and safety regulations
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s / Master’s in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in high-rise and complex structures
- Strong hands-on experience with ETABS, STAAD, and AutoCAD
- Experience in RCC and steel structural design
- Knowledge of Indian Standard Codes (IS Codes)
- Ability to handle multiple projects and tight deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
