Job Description
Royal Tech Structures is seeking experienced and creative Architects to join our growing design and engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality architectural designs, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and supporting projects from concept to execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings
- Prepare design presentations, 3D views, and working drawings
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior teams
- Ensure designs comply with building codes and statutory regulations
- Support plan approvals and liaison with authorities
- Review site execution to ensure design intent is maintained
- Collaborate with project managers and clients throughout the project lifecycle
Required Qualifications & Skills
- B.Arch (4+ years experience) or M.Arch (3+ years experience)
- Strong knowledge of building codes and approval processes
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion/Enscape (preferred)
- Experience in residential, commercial, and industrial projects
- Good understanding of construction detailing and coordination
- Strong communication and client interaction skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
