Job Description
Royal Tech Structures is seeking an experienced Draftsman to support our architectural and engineering teams with accurate, high-quality 2D and 3D drawings. The ideal candidate will play a key role in transforming design concepts into detailed construction and presentation drawings.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed 2D construction drawings for architectural and structural projects
- Develop 3D models and visual drawings for design presentations
- Convert conceptual designs into working drawings and shop drawings
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and MEP teams
- Revise drawings based on design and site feedback
- Maintain drawing standards and documentation accuracy
- Support approvals and construction documentation
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma / Degree in Drafting, Civil, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in 2D and 3D drafting
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D software (SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, etc.)
- Experience in residential, commercial, and industrial projects
- Good understanding of construction drawings and detailing
- Ability to manage multiple drawings and tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
