Job Description
Royal Tech Structures is seeking experienced Site Engineers to manage and supervise residential and industrial construction projects across India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality execution, safety compliance, and smooth coordination at project sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at site
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project teams
- Monitor quality, safety, and productivity at site
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports
- Manage materials, manpower, and site resources
- Resolve site-related technical and execution issues
- Support project planning and timely completion
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of site execution experience
- Experience in residential and industrial construction projects
- Strong understanding of construction methods and site management
- Ability to handle multiple site activities and teams
- Willingness to work on projects across India
- Good communication and coordination skills
